Get a Card
Patrons 18 and older
Blanchard Community Library cards are available to California residents, or to anyone with valid identification and a California mailing address.
You must show identification and verification of your current mailing address when you register for a library card.
Acceptable forms of address verification include:
- California Drivers License / government issued ID with current address
- any check with name and address imprinted
- current utility bill
- Post Office box receipt
- piece of mail, postmarked within the last week
Patrons 17 and under
To receive a Juvenile card, patrons must be 17 years of age or younger. A parent or legal guardian must be present and show identification and proof of mailing address.
Homebound Patrons
The Library's Books by Mail program is a free service provided to residents of Blanchard Community Library’s service area who are not able to visit the library and are considered homebound.

Temporary eCard Registration (for ages 13 & up)
Residents of the Black Gold Cooperative member libraries service area can now get immediate 24/7 access to online services without having to visit a library. eCards are good for 3 months only. Apply here.
