Alteration to Library Services
In this time of local and national emergency, it is necessary to rigorously adhere to practices of self-isolation and social distancing. This is not only for the protection of our patrons and our staff but also to lessen the impact on medical services needed to treat the seriously ill.
In accordance with the revised Stay Well at Home Order for Ventura County, the Blanchard Community Library will reopen for Curbside Pickup on Monday, May 18.
Pickup of held items will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

The library has a wide variety of ebooks and digital audiobooks that can be accessed remotely through OverDrive, as well as streaming movies, television shows, and more through Hoopla. Digital magazines may be accessed through RB Digital.
Assistance using these applications can be found on the Black Gold website. Alternatively, library staff are available in a limited capacity to assist with setting these applications up on various devices via email at email@example.com or by calling (805) 525-3615.
