Building English Skills Together (BEST) is the adult learning program at Blanchard Community Library. Our goal is to support adult literacy in the community by offering practical and flexible educational opportunities.

BEST helps people learn to read, write, and speak better English. We also help to prepare for high school equivalency tests, to use computers and other digital tools. To date, we’ve helped hundreds of adults improve their reading and writing skills.

One-on-one tutoring and small group sessions are available year round. They are led by trained and dedicated volunteers committed to helping our learners improve their reading, writing, and speaking skills.
